Initial consultations are where we explore every aspect of your health, including current concerns, body systems, diet, lifestyle, and medical history. Recent test results will be reviewed, with referrals for further testing if needed.

We’ll review any pathology or functional test results, reflect on your treatment experience, and adjust your plan to ensure it’s both effective and achievable. This is also a great opportunity to address any new concerns or questions you may have.

Following your initial consultation, your first follow-up is typically a 45-minute session to allow adequate time for review and refinement of your plan. Ongoing return consultations are usually 30 minutes, however a longer 45-minute session may be recommended when reviewing new test results or addressing more complex updates.

These sessions allow us to check in on your progress, ensure your treatment plan is still effective, and make any necessary adjustments or prescription refills.
